Mintbrook Senior Apartments is being developed by The Humanities Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that provides affordable housing. As a non-profit, the Humanities Foundation secures federal low-income tax credits. That financing requires that the housing only goes to those who earn less than 40 to 60 percent of the area median income.
