(RECAP: The governor’s proposed budget allocates an addition $19 million over the biennium to the Housing Trust Fund, which will enable it to increase its capacity to address homelessness and expand the supply of quality, affordable housing. The Housing Trust Fund is critical to assisting local and regional efforts to address the high-cost burden of housing.
